Allergies

We are hoping to get to DLP in May half term but my 2.5 year old has a dairy allergy and I wondered how well this was dealt with in France? We were in WDW in April and found it brilliant - everything was so clear on the menus and we found things could be modified to suit him. Is this this same in DLP?
Are there fridges in the rooms (hopefully staying in Newport bay) so we could store his oat milk in there?
Thanks!

This was quite a few years ago now but I asked a seller at a cart whether a particular item was dairy free - he said it was but I checked the ingredients and it had milk in! So be very careful. I don't mean to worry you though as I hear that DLP is normally very good with this sort of thing (ours wasn't an allergy issue, someone in our party was vegan).

My Niece has an egg allergy and apart from Annette's everywhere we/they went during the last two years have been fine.
They all had an allergy folder to check ourselves.

The problem at Annette's was that they served her meal with mayonnaise on her side salad but it was spotted by one of us straight away. The server couldn't of cared less but the Manager dealt with him and the situation well.

Thanks everyone - this is sort of what I had thought. I’m hoping he might have grown out of it a bit by then (or able to tolerate it a bit more at least). Would definitely make things easier!

I found it helpful to learn some of the French terms for allergies, potential reaction consequences and alternatives - even just a google translate in a notebook is helpful as whilst the English of the staff is very good, where it’s not day to day things it can be more tricky for them to understand
