Disney wheelchairs

If I hire one at the park, can I take it back to my hotel, or does it have to be returned to the rental place at the park? I'm wondering if I could rent one for the entire stay and take it to the hotel then.

And does anybody know how much they cost?

I believe you can rent them yourself (outside of Disney) but I don’t know details I’m afraid.

Could you take one with you and book assisted travel?

Yes you can take them out of the park. They are around €25 per day plus a deposit of €200 if you want to leave the park. I have read they aren't great and not very comfortable so you might be best taking one with you

We paid $12 per day as part of a block. It has to be returned to front of the Park BUT they can give you a different one to take to the buses or carpark or Resort such as Contemporary. We found this out 2 days before we went home 🙈 it was very handy!

I hired a wheelchair in March this year. It cost 200euros deposit plus 25euros per day rental. It could be hired for any number of days but had to be paid for at the beginning of the stay. We took it back and forth to the hotel every day... and I found it very comfortable.
