We've headed down in last few years to Newton Stewart to the Lodges which are brilliant, we absolutely love them and kinda turned into a wee special getaway for us.

Small update:-

Well with 3 weeks to go, all is about done.

We got our tags through a couple of weeks back, phoned WDW to ask if paperwork would follow, but they advised that the paperwork that came through with the tags was enough.

Luckily enough the Advisor I spoke with brought it to my attention that we had not booked our Niece for Magical Express, so that was quickly added. Will now have to check DCL are done and dusted with the transfers and also our Magical Express via them to the airport from AOA.

Will purchase the photo packages for Universal and DCL in the next week or so.

Have also booked us for dinner at Hard Rock Café, after a day at Volcano Bay and a couple of hours or so at Universal we are going to head back to the HRH, get changed and head out for something to eat at HRC.

Just one or two little clothing items to get, but just the basics really, have got a few things for the Halloween Party.

Final Update:-

Well with 3 days to go, everything is all but done.

Everything is booked just about now, was looking at possibly adding Rainforest Café for our dinner at AK visit, but am pondering heading over to Epcot after it closes, and there is no earlier opening for a reservation, so may leave it this time. We could go after ROL, but think we may elect to do Epcot, as we don't have a full day here, and will probably manage Extra hours on that night and then during the morning/day before the Halloween Party, so we won't get to see Illuminations, but not the end of the world, as we won't see Fantasmic as we (maybe that would be 'I') want to see Star Wars Show.

Had originally booked the wife in for a massage, but we've decided we'll wait till we're on the boat and go for the mother/daughter massage (actually will be the niece, as a little treat for her).

Booked the photo packages for on the boat and also Universal, so done and dusted.

Have got all the various clothing, I had already bought a Star Wars T-Shirt for Hollywood Studios, and then saw another one which was better, lol, so bought that. So I'll use the older bought one to mess around with.

Did ponder some of the dessert packages i.e. Hallowishes, Star Wars, but in the end decided not to bother as felt it was too over-priced and will get by without it I'm sure.

So we have everything planned, everything printed off etc and practically all packed. Money all changed too.

So basically it's just a case of another few sleeps and then we're there.



Will do a trip report on our return!

Back a few days, will get round to the report soon, just in that depressed I'm back mood, lol. That and came back with a trapped nerve in my neck which isn't helping.
