When will we know for certain?
Our Disney & villa balances are due in May. Are we likely to know before then if US travel will go ahead in July?
We are going to contact them in a couple of weeks to see if they can delay the balance due date but not sure if that will be possible. |

Paul Charles (travel consultant who many on the dibb follow on Twitter) suggested that a full list of countries and colours may not be published until 10th May, however I would hope we would get some further information on 12th April as that’s when the task force are meant to be sharing their decisions? If travel to at least a small number of green countries is permitted from 17th May, I imagine the aviation industry would need more notice than just one week.

We’re itching to know. It’s not the holiday (balance not due until 3 weeks before we go) but the park tickets. I’m worried that by the time we find out if we can go, there will be no availability for Disney. (Still need to pay our balance for tickets and can’t reserve parks until we do.)

That’s the exact dilemma we are in, looking at the park availability it’s booking up quite quickly too! Don’t want to pay the balance and not be able to travel then struggled to return the tickets

I have a flight booked for May 26th (balance due 3 weeks before) with BA.
I was wondering if I pay it and then the USA still aren't letting us in would I get a refund even though I am requesting it less than 3 weeks before departure. Its not too clear on their terms as just says if there's a change with the UK govt guidelines but nothing about the US guidelines. |

We are due to fly on 22nd May, I have been so sure it would be cancelled again (moved from last May). But now I don't know what to think.
Our villa balance is due the 1st May, and once paid is no longer refundable, so I really hope we hear one way or the other before May. I don't mind about the flights/car as I'm sure BA will refund if we can't travel to the states after all. |

CNBC have stated that the earliest the US borders will be open will be mid May. However that is from their sources and as of yet The White House have yet to comment.
However they have extended the ban on land crossings from Mexico and Canada by another month so that would suggest to me that there is a long way to go yet
