It's really not a great offer. Very poor value when you compare to the dining plans. Even more so when you look at the long list of date and room type restrictions. Its especially poor value for families who would need to upgrade their resort / room type to qualify for the offer and the additional cost of this wipes out any savings on dining cost. Even if that weren't the case if split between 3/4 people this amounts to only about $15 - $20 per day.

There really is no point comparing offer to previous DDP- it is the offer on the table, i think the message is from Disney is book it or dont, they dont really care as they will fill rooms anyway.

Maybe a paper face mask with '50' written inside Mickey Ears on it?  Suggestions have been made that it might be anything from a 50th pin to free magic band to fast passes or free refillable cup but I personally think the fast passes and cup are over optimistic, sadly  But - we won't find out until Thursday, so you never know...

I can’t find who said there wasn’t an end date published but I’m sure I’ve seen that it’s for holidays booked upto 31st August
