I agree, you can definitely tell when it’s going to rain heavily. My OH though I was joking the first time, but sure enough in Seaworld one day the wind changed, I dragged him in to the Shark Encounter and when we came out the other side it was absolutely raging! Thankfully Sharks Underwater Grill had a nice bar to wait it out.
