Any Denplan patients moved house?
Did you register with a new Denplan dentist or find something different?
I'd assumed I could just transfer over to a local Denplan dentist but have just been told I need to cancel my policy and start again as the contract is with the dentist - apparently if I do it within 21 days they'll 'only' charge me £50 for a new patient consultation... It's making me want to shop around but I've been with Denplan for so man years not really sure where to start, it does seem like good cover.

My Son will be in a few weeks when he moves out. Apparently it's all done through Denplan with notice being given of the move, a final check with your existing dentist and an examination you pay for with the new one.
I like Denplan but I think their transfer system is cumbersome and open to abuse. Surely if the current dentist is happy with ones teeth then the new one should be as well! Mmm, never met a poor dentist!
