There are a lot of major sites down at the moment because of fastly, a content distribution network. If Disney use them, that could be the problem.

Managed to buy tickets through the phone lines so now really hoping we can get there in October! We have been to a couple of the After Hours events - one at MK and one at AK. Completely different to the parties as the parks have felt empty! am hoping this will be similar as think October is going to be very busy in the parks this year.

Has anyone managed to get them online this morning? Or are they not on sale yet?
I’m really reluctant to buy them for our September trip encase we can’t go but I don’t want to miss out as it’s my friends birthday on the day we are planning to do the event! |

I was looking this morning - can see them in blind with Attraction Tickets but not direct. But there is only one night which we are there and it is already sold out

Update: I just saw the other thread. Went to Attraction Tickets and booked for our date in September and only had to pay a Ł50 deposit 😁

If we get to fly, we'll be there on 24th August.

Hmm... so has anyone cancelled/had refunded their Boo Bash tickets yet?
I'm figuring point 2 of their Covid Cancellation cover: "Our Covid 19 Cover offers Full Refund Protection in any of the following situations: The destination country border is closed to travel for the duration of your holiday dates" should suffice, though since the travel ban is "open ended", guess they could argue that if Biden says on the 23rd August "we're open" (even though we all know he won't), my tickets for the 24th would then be valid still. Did put 06/08/21 as our departure date, so I suppose I could argue that since that flight *is* confirmed cancelled, that's my holiday dates aspect sorted... |

Indeed they could. Also, if you were due to go on 24th August and are going for 2 weeks - so returning around 7th September - then they could argue that if Biden says on the 5th September that "we're open" then you wouldn't be covered. It says that the border must be closed for the duration of your holiday dates, not just the date you travel out there.
I doubt they would argue that, but technically they could. I suspect if you provide proof that your flights are cancelled and the borders are still closed by the beginning of August, then they'll refund you.
