Is it worth wdw for just 7 day holiday

Don't know what to do, we can only do a 7 night holiday due to pets at home being looked after, is it worth it , we only want to do Disney, could stay on site but it's mega expensive or do u think should just do 4 day dlp
Have done both before but 10 years ago, now have grandson with us and his mom a newbie to any parks
Will be 4 adults, 1 child so would need 2 rooms wherever

Thanks in advance

I have done it, I didn’t regret it. We stayed at AKL and had a great time, but we did get a very cheap deal. If it was a week or nothing, I’d take a week!

You could probably do it in a week but it would be full on. We’ve done it before but have been many times. It’s not my preferred option.

My first wdw trip was for 7 days. I have a 9 day trip booked for December and another 7 day trip booked for the end of August next year. So that tells you if it is worth it or not!

I’d do 7 days, but it would have to be well planned depending on what you want to achieve.

I do 7 days but it is just me and i therefore can go more than once.

If you accept that you won't do it all in a week and could be tired then yes it is worth it

I usually do a week, don't like taking two week breaks. I find it great but you need to go in with the mindset that you won't be able to see everything. I typically do 2 days MK, 1 day each at the other parks and Disney Springs. For me, that's more than enough time to get around everything I want to do. And I still have downtime since I don't need a full day at all of them, so will do the mornings then can relax in the afternoons.

You don't necessarily need two rooms if you don't mind sharing, Caribbean Beach has a 5th sleeper room (two queens plus a child size pull down bed) and this is actually the room category you have to book to get next year's offer anyway. Although on my dates, two rooms at All Star Movies would only be around £200 more and if you made two separate bookings, you'd get an extra $200 gift card and about $80 additional dining credits which would offset that. All of the rooms there were refurbed last year and it's now my value recommendation unless you're set on being at a Skyliner resort (not worth it to me).

Edited at 08:00 AM.

We’ve done 7 & 8 night trips a few times & really enjoy them.

The jet lags not quite as bad either imo, we still very much feel like we’ve had a holiday.

Yeah we did it just before lockdown and really enjoyed it. Would certainly do it if the price was right again
