Epcot opening hours?

I'm trying to come up with a rough plan for our Feb trip. In normal times what time does Epcot open? It's 11 at the moment so I wouldn't do it the first couple of days when we are up early, but I'm sure it used to be a lot earlier?

World showcase opens 11 but the main park is 9

Normally, Epcot opens at 9am (and then the World Showcase bit opened at 11).

However, currently the park opens at 11am. That's all of the park, including Future World.

Historically, Epcot had the most consistent opening and closing times; it almost always opened at 9am and closed at 9pm.
