The application can be reassessed multiple times if they have the wrong info
Indeed - it is household income including any benefits, allowances and interest on savings etc . Not sure a P60 would show that as I am retired so no P60 but other household income would push me into a high category . Parents could do without all this added stress and it could be simplified

OP Hope you get it sorted and soon x

I wonder if the option of using your current years income will help (as another poster said) can you ask to use this option? If the tax code is correct for 20/21 maybe this can get you out of this hole!
Don’t give in keep calling you may eventually get someone who can sort this out x

Yes, DS stayed in Unite "halls" for his first year. Everyone else in the building were first year students

This sounds a really good option OP. Even if you get it sorted with the finance, cheaper halls means more to spend and less for you to find.

Worth a look?

Thank you everyone 😊 some great ideas and alternative accommodations 👍🏻
We will try to get the full amount she is entitled to 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Of not, we will sulk and moan for a bit then suck it up 😆
Children cause such stress 🙈 why do we have them 🤷
😆😆
