Great service from Andy at DFCH

Yet another positive experience from a DIBBER, who was yet to use DFCH.

Having researched everything to death, all the search engines, all the major individual car hire companies, used my company Portal and considered Quidco Cashback, I had a price that I considered very good indeed, given the current market.

MCO pick up at 1300 on 12/04/2022.
MIA drop at 1200 on 23/04/2022.

I phoned DFCH and Andy beat it, not on the web page quote, but on the call.. by enough that it matters and without sight of my previous best price. It goes without saying that I have the reassurance in booking from all of my fellow DIBBERS experiences.

Which other broker has been emailing customers these past 15 months asking if you want to cancel and get your money back?

Very kind of you to say so

But it's only because I like to recognise and promote excellent customer service when I see and experience it. I've seen so many Dibbers in the last 15 months saying "I booked with Joe Bloggs Car Hire and my flights were cancelled but I can't get the money back for my car hire".

Andy is the only third party that I book through. Villa, flights, airport parking and airport hotel always book direct as I like to have a direct contract with those companies.

Never spent a single night in a WDW hotel nor visited a park since 2010 (apart from MVMCP in 2014) so you never see me talking about the DDP or Fastpasses. Far from being an expert on all car companies but I do enjoy driving over there and talking about it on here especially if things are looking better.

Just booked with Andy too for this August. Car hire prices were putting me off booking but he quoted a fab price that I couldn’t say no to. Flights and accommodation booked with BA as their sale ends tonight. Fingers crossed we can go and it looks more positive after reading the recent news reports.

With having a motor on Bokeelia, when we've previously flown into MCO and driven down we only book a one way/one day car hire, but knowing the current car hire suppliers shortage I dropped Andy an email to ask for an update, but what really struck a cord was him saying he'd gladly assist if we changed our flights into Mia and needed a car. Speaks volumes about his customer care if he'll help whether the rental is for one day or one month.
