There's some information on OAT's website:

The above states their phone lines are not available but you can still talk to them via Live Chat and Email (info@orlandoattractiontickets.co.uk) during office hours.

The webpage does cover if travel or entry to the parks is cancelled by your airline / tour operator / holiday provider / theme park. But it doesn't cover the situation if you decide to cancel because of concerns.

We eventually got a refund. They said to wait for 60 days, which we did, but still no refund. Threatened them with a chargeback as they were effectively not following through with a promise of refund, and the money was with us within 2 weeks.

Really good communication with me although I was only looking at moving tickets to next year - all sorted in 15 mins and 4 emails

Chased my MNNSHP ticket & was told that they are waiting for guidance from Disney.

Strange as other companies seem to have been able to refund for these tickets.
