FloridaTix refund discovery cove
I bought Discovery Cove tickets via FloridaTix , just had an email from them saying that Discovery Cove are now not opening that day , so to tell them what day Id like my ticket changed to. Surely in this situation I am entitled to a full refund?

Spoke to them again this morning, they tried to push the reschedule ticket on me , but as the park is closed on the specific day they sold me the ticket for they legally have to refund me. So said refund is now winging its way to me - happy days !

I sent all my tickets back as they confirmed they are no in the office. Sent it back special delivery so I know it was signed for. The response I get is they have received a large number of returns and they are working through them
|
