Is this good or bad idea. We are trying to work around availability of resorts.
We want to fit in Discovery Cove and IOA only. Possibly Seaworld during the end of the holiday.

Day 1 - RPR - Arrival night
Day 2 - Discovery Cove - RPR
Day 3 - IOA then transfer to WDW - Polynesian
Day 4 - Disney World - Polynesian
Day 5 - Disney World - Polynesian
Day 6 - Disney World - Polynesian
Day 7 - Disney World - Polynesian
Day 8 - Disney World - AKL
Day 9 - Disney World - AKL
Day 10 - Disney World - AKL
Day 11 - Disney World - AKL
Day 12 - Disney World - AKL
Day 13 - Disney World - Late Departure

Previously we did Discovery Cove while staying at WDW, but the Poly isnt available on our first 2 nights. In fact those 5 nights are the only 5 nights we can fit them.
Thats the reason for an extra night in RPR.

If that works for you I'd say go for it. Are you bothered about missing US? If not just stick with DC on your first day. You could also move DC to a Disney day if that works out better or is there a specific reason you don't want to do this? X
