Annual Pass Delivery Question

Hi all

Can anyone who’s purchased annual passes recently help me out with a quick question. Do they all come with the same dates? I only ask as I’ve received an email with our pass numbers on but only received the 3 adult ones so far. No email for the two child passes. Still means I can’t book the days yet as I’ll need all of the pass numbers.

I only got emails for the adult passes too. The passes were all delivered within one week so came through fairly quickly. We wasn't in a rush to book park days as we are staying on site. We was able to book hotels with just the email. I imagine you should be able to book park days with just the order reference for the passes, as the original email you get about it suggests you can reserve park days straight away. I might be wrong though. They must be able to do it over the phone.

One of the dates we wanted has already gone so I’m worried that in another week there may be more gone. Also slightly annoying that our year has started yet we can’t even book our days yet as they don’t appear to send out the childrens pass numbers.

Wonder if they will do it over the phone? Think it’s a French number which is a shame as I was hoping to be able to get through on the UK number
