Universal 3 Park Tickets

Bought universal 3 park tickets 14 days from floridatix for 2022 but unfortunately will not be able to use them this year, can i call universal and ask if I can move them to next year ?

I have the tickets in hand

Over here at the moment much rather sort out with universal if possible

All I can say is that Universal were far better to deal with than Disney but I bought my tickets directly from them, I'm not saying they won't help but they don't have to- your "contract" is with Floridatix & nothing to do with Universal, you haven't actually paid them any money IYKWIM
