I saw that you were flying "tomorrow" as in "today" so I didn't bore you with history.
It was basically a bit of short lived legislation introduced around Jan 2013 by then governor Rick Scott. It turned out to be outside the scope of the state legislation and was appealed by a few thousand Canadians mainly and was removed from the statute books by April 2013. I may not have got the constitutional terminology exactly right but you know what I mean. Two other things you don't need are a code from the DVLA (despite some so-called "travel experts saying that you do) nor obviously the paper counterfoil to the plastic D/L (abolished in June 2015 in the UK apart from NI for some reason. ) Have a safe flight and great holiday.
