If you use an iPhone then it's definitely worth downloading the "MagiPark" app (it's a blue icon).
It also gives live wait times, however it has a very useful notifications feature. You can set it to notify you when specific ride wait times drop below a certain level which you input. Also for rides that are temporarily down, you can set it to notify you when they reopen again. It may be available on android devices too, but I don't have one so can't say!
