Aer Lingus - brilliant!

We flew on the MAN-MCO route with them in Dec and again last month (got back yesterday!) and have no complaints. Not there fault but my AirPods Pros didn't make it home from the flight . They were defo in my bag on the flight but not there when I got to the carpark. I've tracked them and they are showing at the airport although they are saying they've not been handed in

We flew with AL (BC) in May/June & had a great experience. So good I actually emailed AL praising the staff.

Also flying MAN-MCO in October and was getting worried with all the complaints popping up on here. Nice to know it isn't as much of a majority as first feared!

Perhaps they meant that they were now getting roughly the same experience but for a cheaper price?

We're flying MAN-MCO with AL next April, so hopefully they will be ok. We won't be flying Business Class with them though - it costs far too much!

If you do want to fly business you should keep checking the price to upgrade because sometimes it goes down a lot! We booked economy for this trip but then upgraded for the outbound leg for about €500 each which is still a lot but much cheaper than the €2k per person that it was at one point and is again now!

Ok, thanks for that. I'll keep checking.

It would be useful to get BC on the way back - I might actually get some sleep for once. I think when I looked it was about £1K extra per person, which I think was just for one way. There's no way I'm paying another £3K for the 3 of us just for one flight.

It's a pity Aer Lingus doesn't do Premium Economy.
