I’m the same! Arrived yesterday and my EE roaming won’t work. It’s all set up properly, is showing as connected to AT&T 4g, but won’t actually load any websites, update messages or anything. Let me know if you sort it!

Try to change from AT&T to T-Mobile,I was there in June wouldn’t work to start changed no problem then.

I’ve tried that and been through all the networks that show, but nothing.

When my dad's data roaming wouldn't work I got it sorted over web chat on the Three mobile app.

I'm not sure if EE has web chat but if they do it would hopefully mean not having to call.

Yes, I was on Disney WiFi and chatting with someone from 3 UK on the app. They asked for the long number on the SIM card so had to take his phone apart to get the SIM out.

I had put a £10 bundle on his phone before we went and it wouldn't connect to data roaming. They told me to change to T-Mobile and they did something with the settings in the phone and it worked.

We ended up not even needing it as we managed everywhere with WiFi for booking Ubers etc.

My phone wouldn’t work last month when I was in Florida. I’m with 3 and it had connected me to AT&T. 3 chat told me to switch to T-Mobile which worked.
