Christmas "Village"

Just finished our Christmas "Village" today, it's like flippin Blackpool Illuminations when all switched on!

It's for the Grandkids (honest), had a bit of fun (and earache 😂 ) putting it together and fully expect it to be pulled to bits by tomorrow.

Anyone else got one?

I really like the proper "village" or town ones that people post on line.

Love it, we have one but I don’t do inside decorations until nearer Xmas. We have no children so they are definitely for my benefit!

We have tons of the “village” stuff and for many years put it up every Christmas, until a couple of years ago when I got fed up of all the hassle putting it up only to have all the hassle of taking it down again! Grandchildren loved it but now most are at school and have activities at the weekends we see less of them…….I did post some pics on here of the last one we did…..

Here's mine, I'd already put them on Disneydaffodils thread. I haven't finished tweaking yet 😃

It’s not a thread on the Christmas villages or decorations as such so no worries. It’s just our general chat thread on all sorts of random chat

Love your villages though, they’re so pretty and lovely to add to each year 💞

We have a handful of the houses but we haven’t put them out for a few years.
