Iv been awake since 4.30am now just waiting to do the LFT consultation which is booked for 8.20am!
I tested myself, partner and my daughter yesterday and all neg but didn’t test my son as he is going to have a epic headfit when we do it today and didn’t want to traumatise him twice.

Fingers crossed he’s not too bad today. 🤞🏻 I will have to drive him to school after our tests are done as the app we have is 10 minutes after his school bus would of collected him.

All going well we will be going up to London to our hotel about 5pm this evening.

~ if anyone could tell me how you do multiple quotes in one post I would appreciate it. I can’t figure it out but Iv seen others do it ☺️

I am awake and I can’t sleep even though we didn’t go to bed til 10.10 pm (Orlando time)

! Travel day !

This started at the airport where we found tables in weatherpoons and had 2 large breakfasts and 2 small breakfasts for the kids.

I only took a picture of one of each as they were exactly the same😂

We then had an hour to wait to walked around the shops and got some big bags or m&ms, malteasers and a huge bag of moam sweets that my son picked and wouldn’t put down! 🤪

The flight went really smoothly. After take off they came around with drinks & pretzels ..

I had the above. The kids had a lemonade and my partner had a Bulldog beer.

This was followed shortly by our food. The kids both had a kids meal which neither of them really ate. I tried a bit of the Mac & cheese and didn’t think it really tasted of much.

Next was the adults and it was a choice between chicken & mash or vegan chillie. We both picked chicken & mash and I gave my chicken breast to my son as I know he eats chicken.

I stupidly forgot to take a picture of the actual meal with the lid off! 😣

The little pot of lentil type things smelt kind of lemony and was fresh but still a bit tasteless. One bread roll was also harder then a brick and the lady swapped it and non of us liked the chocolate pot thing.

We then had a round of tea and coffee followed by 4 rounds of water/apple and orange juice I think. I asked for wine instead and they gave me some instead when I asked.

We then had rolls and although the lettuce was a bit sparse these tasted ok.

We were given the same meal as the kids meal roll wise but could of also picked cheese and onion if we wanted too.

My daughter also asked for some extra pretzels which they also gave her.

When we arrived at our hotel it was chucking it down. We got soaked but it soon dried up and we got the magic bus to Hollywood studios at about 7.30. We did smugglers run and Minnie’s mine train and had a wonder around. We tried to get my daughter a churro but they had just sold out ☹️

We then went back to our rooms and grabbed a large pizza to share from the intermission food hall which we ate in our room and then went to sleep at about 10.10pm!

The pizza cost just over $20 including tax and we used our Disney dining credit.

Today we have Ohana booked for breakfast but I couldn’t get a spot until 11.45 so we may grab something small before.

We are in magic kingdom today.

Once everyone else wakes up….. 😂

Could I ask how your son got on with his LFT, how the process was? My lad is non verbal, age 10 (had Downs and Autism)and goes absolutely mad when we try and do a test. I'm just wondering how it was?

Not going until October but it's the bit I'm dreading 🙈😁
