Topcashback conditions

Hi all, does anyone know if Topcashback pay out on a package that is ticket and hotel only?

It does say in the description "Package includes hotel, flights and tickets" which makes me think it needs to be all three, but flights aren't available yet for our date (October 2023).

I'm eligible for the armed forces discount so still able to make a saving even if not, but thought I'd see if anyone had had a successful payout without making a flight booking.

Yep we�ve been paid out on hotel and ticket only. And it�s also tracking ok for next years hotel and ticket only booking
