Virgin Atlantic app crashing

Hi ,

Has anyone had anything similar happen to them ? I have an iPhone 10 and since yesterday morning the Virgin Atlantic App just keeps crashing …. The app is fine on my IPad , and my DH has an IPhone 11 and his is fine .
It’s just weird and I have been using the app since it was available and never had any issues before . I have tried reinstalling it etc but nothing seems to work… all very odd

It's fine on my phone as just check every morning to see what seats are available for our flight in October.

Not an iPhone though.

Thanks, it’s fine on DH s IPhone and on my IPad too …. Just since Saturday constantly shuts down on my IPhone. Has been fine before … used it when we flew in April , just started all of a sudden and is so annoying as like you I check seats and flight times haven’t moved every day

Got exactly the same problem on my iPhone 12 and yet like you, no problem on iPad, weird and I haven’t a solution

It's not the most reliable app at the best of times. I have it on Android and it did something similar. I deleted the app and downloaded it again and it sorted the problem.

I have tried that several times , no joy

The app just had an update and it’s cured m the constant crashing for me, hope it will for you too 🤞
