DocHQ help needed

I know quite a few on here have used DocHQ before a cruise so I’m hopeful I can get a bit of help here when trying to book an appointment for our pre cruise test which will be conducted in Miami.

We have so far paid for the pack of 5 antigen tests and paid for a video consult and certificates.

When trying to book video consultation I’m a little confused what to enter at the appointment/isolation address is the same as the shipping address which obviously it isn’t as we are in Miami however taking the tick out it seems to offer the address information in UK format so any help here would be appreciated.

In the next section City/country of origin I’m presuming I just select the city I’m flying from and UK ?

I left my address the same and just selected Miami from the drop down below to book the time slot I wanted.

Oh right I wasn’t sure whether your certificate had the address of the location you gave which would be my home address even though I’m in Miami 4 days before cruise and the test can only be taken 48hrs before.

If that all makes sense , I didn’t want the certificate to have my home address if indeed it’s on the certificate as we will be taking it in Miami.

No, you just use the city you will be in pre cruise. We did ours from our hotel prior to getting on the Disney Wish.

I left our address as our home address and booked a time slot 5 hours ahead of when we needed to take the test in Florida. It worked fine, certificates emailed immediately, uploaded to Safe Passage and the hotel front desk even printed them off for me.

When booking your test did you use a separate email address for each family member or the same email for all your family members ?

No you don't need to. I just used one email and had everyone's sent to mine.

Sorry to add another question but we are thinking of using Doc HQ whilst in Florida for our Disney Wish Cruise.
Can we both use the same appointment slot/on-line proctor or do we have to dial in to two separate appointments?
