Thrifty at Miami airport
Just seen all the bad reviews and we land tomorrow and it’s too late to cancel! I’m so annoyed. Is there any hope for things being smooth without queuing for 2 hours! Any tips would be great if there are any!

Using Thrifty at Miami in November and would love to hear how you got on ? Did they mention anything about the Toll Pass ?

Sorry to be negative but To be honest, Miami in my experience is not a great Airport for car selection in that they are allocated to you with little option for switching.
I wouldn’t worry about Thrifty as I have used Alamo, Budget and Avis at Miami and all left a lot to be desired. One pre covid and two post covid, same experience. Not enough cars and no choice 😕

I go almost every month to MIA for work and also use it for our Holidays, almost exclusively with Alamo and I've had some experiences with little to choose from a couple of times especially now post covid that car hire fleets are low on their numbers, but generally have always found Alamo there having good choices.
