Ocean Florida! Will not use again!

I thought they were a good company. But we leave tomorrow morning and still no villa details other than it’s at champions gate. I’m have a massive bout of anxiety about this (not what we need). I have tried for days to get hold of them but no one picks up and returns voicemails.
Any suggestions?

We have done AOA lots of time, not a problem, don’t stress, CG is a nice area with good transport links.

Have you had your accommodation voucher from them?
If AOA you have to go to the office at Rolling Oaks Blvd to collect the villa details.

That office has been closed for awhile. I can see an address for Ocean Holidays in Championsgate per Google Maps.

Seems to be a regular occurrence lately threads about Ocean Florida's lack of communication to its customers.
OF seems to post on here (the dibb) when it suits on other threads .

I paid a bit more 18 months ago so that I would know the actual villa in advance. Very stressful!
