We found it invaluable when we got it. I didnt realise there was another guest services by MiB! We went to the main one by the entrance which luckily at the time was quiet, but I know it can get really busy. I get nervous asking for things like this, even when I have proof - purely for comments like "so why can't he queue for long" it makes me feel so silly! For people and families that need it though its an amazing scheme.

I do agree the express lines were very busy too. I wasn’t overly impressed with how they handled them tbh my son struggled in a few.
We loved jimmy fallon! We did it loads.

We have used the pass on our last few visits. We went to guest services as you enter the park, make sure you have all the tickets of your group with you or they can’t be added to pass as I found out after queuing for a while😩, we ended up going back and adding them on. I asked about providing proof and they said they don’t need it, they just need to know what difficulties the person has. Hth.
