When to exchange pounds to dollars?
Hi all,
We are going to wdw in November. With a recession looming would be great to get your thoughts on when to exchange currency? Thanks!

I didn’t bother changing on our last trip.
We all took out Chase cards and put all our spending money in £’s on that. It’s free to withdraw cash at a chase atm, chase are the atm provider in WDW, and if you use the card to pay chase convert it as you go based on that days exchange rate. Plus you get cash back whenever you use the card, we got quite a lot back over the three weeks |

We use cash for every restaurant meal, all gas and small supermarket purchases but only ever take the maximum of what our travel insurance covers - currently around $1,800 at best. We then top it up at a Wawa ATM which don't charge a fee.
Like D332 though we may split our purchase into a couple of transactions - you may lose or gain a few dollars either way but nothing serious. Mick
