Email address to link bookings

Hi!

I just booked a special trip yesterday through the Walt Disney Travel Company to go to DLP in November.

I think I've hit that problem where I need another booking ref in order to link up my booking to the app and website as their reference number in the email doesn't work.

Does anyone know of the address to email DLP for the new reference? I can find a phone number but people here have said you can email them the details that way.

Can the WDTC not help with this?

When I phoned them about this, they advised put WDW in front of the reference number I had. Worked for me.

We had the same issue.

I emailed disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com & they sorted it for me by sending a correct reference number that can be used on the DLP app to make reservations etc.
