Virgin attestation form for kids

I'm trying to complete the attestation form but I'm not sure what I select for the kids.
They are 7, 10 and 11 and all vaccinated.
Do I select the vaccinated option? I thought I read sonewhere it was not possible to do the kids online and you had to print a form off to show at the airport?
Grateful for any help 🙂

I did mine yesterday. I ticked the vaccinated box for all of us and it seems to have been accepted. I assume they�ll just want to see all our Covid passes at check-in now as the Virgin site said they can�t be uploaded at present.

I think the form said you have to print it and take it with you if your kids are unvaccinated.

I have selected the vaccinated option and it's accepted it.
I'll take covid passes with me to check in and hope for the best.
