Anyone know the contact number for virgin Atlantic or if you can still chat online

Login.
My Bookings.**
Click on any booking there and on next screen you should see a small talk bubble in bottom right of screen.
Click on that.
Type HELLO
Click you are in UK
Click HELP WITH MY BOOKING
Click UPGRADE USING POINTS OR MILES (there is a logic here, I promise!)
When asked if you want to talk to Travel Advisor click YES
When they come online - they may ask about upgrading - I play dumb and say do not know how I got that, but can I ask about ...
Half the time they never mention it and I just ask my question.
I have done this dozens of times in last few months as needed to ask about my reward flights to Japan or make changes and was far far quicker than calling and holding in a queue.

** if you have no other booking then enter dummy details in the boxes - still works!

If possible, have you main question typed up in another window, so once the agent appears and start chatting - you can paste in the details - just saves a bit of time.
