universal studios guest assistance
Has anyone utilised their attraction assistance recently?
I have been informed I can have assistance & the rest of my party- But it's not clear in the email how their system is structured.. Any advice most welcome. |

Similar to disney you get a return time given to you. You need to queue at guest services for assistance pass, just make sure they do one for length of stay, i had really unhelpful CM who only gave me one day even after i told him i needed it for two! UNiversal used to be better than Disney on this, but now seemed a bit unhelpful on lastvisit. Return times are written on card.

Hi - it’s very easy to use & we found they’re more lenient than Disney. We went at a ‘quieter’ time so never needed a return time, as all the attractions were under 30 mins.
