I love the line "Disneyland plans to stop using the virtual queuing system as soon as crowds dissipate." . If raditor springs racer is anything to go by it will be a while before the crowds dissipate. I do like that fact they are now using the GPS capability of the app to ensure only those in the park can get a pass and also they have put paper passes in place for those without mobile access. It willm however be interesting to see what they actually class as in the park eg whilst queuing to get in, does that count. Or would the downtown area count.
But no matter what at least its book on the day.

I'm assuming they'll use the same technology as maxpass, so if that means you need to be through the gate then thatll be the case.
I like how they're still allowing rope drop people to go without a boarding pass, hopefully if this is in place in September I'll try hitting it 1st thing and be watching my phone for the second boarding passes release in case it happens while walking to the land, reckon there's gonna be a lot of people bumping into eachother
