Eating In Miami South Beach Area

We are off to Florida in about 6 weeks (after DD A-Levels so no stress in this house at the minute) I appreciate there are a number of threads about Miami already but I cannot find anything with regard recommended eateries, I am doing my own research but dibbers are usually the best for advice.

We love yardbird, hakasan and matador room.
Keen to try the 11th street diner this year and also try lots of street food in Little Havana

We�re just watching some YouTube videos now. Versailles looks like it might be worth a try?

Also, Barton G the restaurant looks fun but I�m thinking it might be stupidly expensive and style over substance

We love The Big Pink. Also ate at a really nice Italian restaurant in Lincoln Mall, but I can�t remember the name!

I have bought a groupon voucher for the Front Porch restaurant as have seen it recommended. USe the code SAVE and get an additional 20% off the voucher

We've eaten at Barton G & it was excellent & not overly expensive, on a par with London prices for the same level of restaurant.

We stayed in Miami for a few nights and on our last night we went to Espanola Way, lovely atmosphere. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Have a look on you tube, there are a few videos to give you an idea.
