Holiday all paid off!
Hi,
So we have officially paid the last payment today for next April! Regarding tickets would you say wait till black Friday to get them as for two of us alone its same price as the holiday! Spending Money: dreaded question I know would $2000 be enough for 18 days between two of us. I went in 2015 and only took $900. |

We've done the same :-)
Mainly so we can go get the tickets issued and go on the hunt for UC reward seats, as our 331 days happens next saturday :-)

Spends should be fine, i take that for 4 weeks for the 2 of us, and a credit card for fuel,as i pay that a month behind at home so its no differant.
Its a lovely feeling, mines all in the savings awaiting 4 weeks before we leave. 105 days to go until our next 4 week break.

It's a great feeling paying a holiday off!
We had $2000 for 14 days between two of us in March and we stayed off site.. managed to eat out every night, have lunch in the parks and fill a suitcase with goodies for us, family and friends. So yeah $2000 is more than enough.

I didn’t realise that the holiday had to be paid off to be able to upgrade seats to reward seats?
Paying over £8k for our holiday a year out seems absurd based on the interest I make on that alone let alone if I left it in my brokerage account. We were looking at using points to upgrade and just assumed it’s something we could do without paying off fully. Although part of me is hoping virgin start operating the A350 on the lgw to mco route before we go and I’ll then go upper class for the 2 seats together. |

We're taking £2100 for 4 for a fortnight.
Depends what you intend spending it on.
