Booking FastPass 60 days
Hi , we are all registered on the disney app and it appears that our tickets are linked( used Thomas cook booking ref) however when we go into book FastPass it is asking us to link tickets. We are not quite at 60 day mark yet , could that be why... or am I going to need actual tickets from Thomas cook

Yes, it's because it's not 12pm at 60 days beforehand. As you've booked an onsite package, the system knows your check in date, and your 60 day fastpass date so it won't let you access the system earlier than that. It's basically saying that if you want to book fastpasses sooner, then link another ticket. It's all perfectly normal and will all magically open up when you reach 60 days
