4th call of over an hour and finally it looks like its sorted. They've has to make a new account and relink the booking to the new account. They have said it can take up to 24 hours for everything to appear but so far it looks like everything has linked. Thank goodness!

Glad you got it sorted eventually! We have a Disney Springs hotel booking that won’t link, I’ve spoken to the helpdesk twice with no luck. Thankfully we have a while yet but the clock is ticking away.
