The problem booking Disney with OA.com or OAT is that once you kink your Disney tickets to MyDisneyExperience, they are non refundable and non changeable. They also send e-tickets rather than real tickets

OAT must have changed then as I’ve used them in the past and got real tickets (cards) for WDW, are you sure?

A bit more cancellation info for Disney and US tickets, as well as ticketed events:

Upon paying I could have saved £4 to get them via email

It specifically says "FREE UK Signed For Delivery" so I'd assume real ticket

Yes, I had that too so thought it basically meant I could chose between printed vouchers to exchange, or real tickets.

It says on the website
“ Disney Magic Tickets are issued by Disney as Will Call Vouchers. Your Ticket can be linked to the Disney Smart Phone App and used as a gate ready ticket to enter the parks.”

I think you are covered if it falls under the covid cover they provide, otherwise they aren’t.

Yes, I was really sharing that for people who might chose to cancel for one reason or another, not covid cancellation.

I think of that is the case then you’ll in the same situation with every ticket vendor unless you opt for extra insurance they provide. Though I appreciate OAT don’t offer any additional cover
