no it was this company I think. I still have deposits with them from last year because of a trip that was cancelled, if they won't honour them I would probably go elsewhere

You are right - am going to delete my post - wrong company.

I can’t see Kennedy tickets for £19. I’ve gone through to buy now and done promo code but best I get is just 7% off and so it’s £126 for 4 tickets. Where am I going wrong?

They're an add-on offer when you buy other park tickets. Not sure if there's a minimum spend or certain ticket that triggers the offer. I got them with our US tickets.

Seems it wasn’t this company. But like I said most were the same. The terms for most providers were no refunds in most cases, this was quite clear. Some ticket vendors went above and beyond, a lot relied on the end providers extending the tickets (i.e universal etc). IMO you can’t expect a company to refund something that says no refunds, that is what your insurance is for.

What is the switch ticket? Is that the one that includes Genie? I need to book all our tickets so thinking the Orlando Passport.

No idea what to do re Genie though is everyone paying for it.

Switch is a 14 day Universal and a 14 day Disney Magic tickets (seperate tickets, each starts on their own first days)

Genie+ is extra added to the Magic ticket if wanted for around £100 for the 14 days

Thank you, I am right in thinking the Orlando Passport works the same way. The tickets all activate their 14 days on first use and not all at the same time as my first Disney visit.

That is correct. Consider getting the switch ticket plus discovery cove ticket ultimate non swim tickets, depending when you are going it may work out cheaper/same and you get a trip to discovery cove as well.
