Still, it seems a bit early for the ride vehicles to have already been delivered a month ago if the ride itself isn't going to open until Spring 2023. What are those vehicles going to do for 18 months?

Some rumors initially that they were Guardians, but taking a further look they were tron, there were also pictures a few days or so later showing a crane putting them in the tron building.

Yeah, the ones a month ago were definitely Tron.

Looking back in old news, Guardians vehicles arrived in January. So more or less 18 months before it will open. So applying that same timeline to Tron, we're back at Spring 2023 again.

Meanwhile in the time taken for Disney to build Tron ... Universal will have opened about 5 new coasters and an entirely new Theme Park

This is worse that GOTG.

At least with that and its 3 year wait you might be able to cut them some slack for having to build it from the ground up.

This is using all the same stuff they have built and ran for ages. Its a shame it wont be open this year as with GOTG and tron, ROTR would help spread the lines and people out a bit

Last I saw was that they started installing the roof canopy over the top. Still quite a lot to do, and I wouldn't expect it to open this year as nothing has been announced.
