Couldn’t be bothered phoning so left it

Sitting tonight and DS tried his via the app on his phone and it worked ok 🤷
So I thought I’ll try the app ( had been using laptop ) and ping email with new log on 🤷

Had the same issue last week, spent almost an hour getting everything sorted.
Reason given was due to seperating UK members from EU (brexit) basically.
Do not try purchasing magic bands you just get wreck it ralph up and this is due to same issue, she informed me this should be sorted in a month or two.
