I managed to get sorted out and missed the chance of boardwalk studio. Never mind, will stick with a value studio and bank the points. Thanks for everyone’s help!

that's me frozen out of MDE and my dvc account and no email (checked junk folder)

surely with all these people getting frozen out their IT would sort it all before it happened to others

Ali. I got around it by leaving it 24 hours and then a 2nd E Mail came in

Maybe if you try tomorrow you will get the first one?

Otherwise ringing Member Services the IT people answered in under 5 mins just as I had sorted mine so we had a 1 minute natter whilst I double checked I was ok.

YT. I asked the Lady who answered my call why this was happening. She said Disney wanted people to transition to making their Username be their E Mail address.

I left it at that but my Username is my E Mail address anyhow!

Left hand right hand leaps to mind and the perils of outsourcing your IT to Bombay!

your trick never worked MrT will need to phone them , luckily I don't need to do anything booking wise at the moment

same issue logged in at 7 month window and had to change password,logged in last week with no issues,crazy no email to tell you they were going to do this.
