Sorry not stayed there but the location is great, sure it is not far from my villa, I think it is on the inner circle on Pine Ridge Drive.

Thank you both.
It seems ideal for all our requirements... I think I'll go ahead and ask for the licence number and details for the tax... hopefully they're used to be being asked for it |

If you are looking for a 4 bed why not ask Bolton for a quote for your dates, he is on the same community and you can see the reviews left by fellow dibbers.

I looked at Bolton's villa when I first started looking but it's already booked up.

The villa is indeed on Pine Ridge Drive
The licence seems fine (expires in Feb) I did a tax check and it looks like there are no taxes on the villa (as in everything is zero as it is exempt?) is that right?! |

On the Polk county Tax collectors website you should see 2 entries one is for property taxes and one is for Tangible property tax.
On the property tax record you should currently see this year tax assessment and a sliding scale of charges, at the bottom it should say no delinquent taxes as the owner has until the end of March to pay this years property taxes. On the TPT record it should show an assessment with a nil value as each owner is exempt the first $25,000 of personal property in the home, this is calculated on a sliding scale of depreciation on the contents of the home.
