Hi Sandra, the given name change is shown within the ?, oft those who have completed ESTA before don't hover over them. If the US enforce it may cause anger as applicants will say they were unaware, the US may quote the disclaimer one ticks stating they've read the entire application.

Have a smashing holiday

I redid ours too, wasn't worth the worry when the cost of the ESTA is such an insignificant amount compared to the whole holiday.

I completed mine yesterday and all of them completed were authorised within 20 minutes. Although I have to say its not something I would risk doing at the last minute just in case something goes wrong.

The three emails, however, came in very much different time and order they were completed!

Hopefully they've been approved now? It is a bit of a worry isn't it, but I'm sure it will all be fine.
