I'm very tied aswell! I desperately want to, and my finger is hovering over that button, it's just the cost ontop of an already expensive day! Not sure who I'm trying to kid though, it's going to happen!

Expensive but so worth it. I rang Discovery Cove to make a request overlooking the dolphin swim area. Got that exactly. Pics in my 2019 trip report in my signature below

Thank you, I've just had a look at your pictures and they do look lovely. Did you book online or just phone up and do it?

Now I'd like a cabana like that, but also where a bit of water was there to paddle in for my little girl - but I cant find a map or anything with the locations on!

Total waste of money for me as I only ever sit down for about 30 mins at the most. We always run out of time to do everything we want (you have to leave the waterways at 5pm) and we dont even do any added extras like the dolphin swim! There's never time to sit down at a base - any sitting is done in the pool with the seats where you can have a cocktail in the water

I rang them. Sorry I can't remember the number.

We had one last year next to the reef. It felt like such a treat, having our own space to go back to in the shade, a well stocked fridge and chest of treats, locker etc. I was worried about the August heat as we'd only been in February before and my eldest is very fair skinned. The area was lovely and my youngest really took to snorkelling so we spent quite a lot of the day there or close by. My eldest enjoyed chilling in the Cabana and watching us from there when he needed some shade. We did the dolphin swim so the Elite package didn't seem too expensive when we took the cost of the photo package into account.

If you can get a cabana for a reasonable price then i do think it makes a special day even more special.
