Wild west show with disability and Inventions buffet question

Hi all,

so you can skim read the questions are in red

Background:
we are going to DLP over Easter (mad i know!) staying in Newport bay with the half board plus dining.

there are 10 of us, 4 kids ranging from 13-16. 4 Adults (in their 40's - i am one of these) and 2 grandparents, both with mobility issues.

My dad (one of the grandparents) uses a mobility scooter as he cannot walk more than about 10 steps at a time, nor can stand for more time than he can put his coat on!

Now, me / DH and 2 boys have done DLP before, but the others have not. so i know i really have to 'calm down' and not be as regimented as i normally are... but as it is Easter and there are 10 of us i feel i need to book the main meals so we know we will get something!

Was thinking the wild west show - for everyone but me as i have severe allergies to horses and it would not end well, but my worry is although this is 'free' on the 9.30 showing will my dad be able to be seated with the rest of the family? has anyone else done this?

another thought i have had is to book the inventions character brunch for the Sunday - again has anyone else done this? how much additional needs to be paid ontop of the plus vouchers?

I can't help with your first questions unfortunately but regarding Sunday Brunch at Inventions - this costs �99 for adults, the plus vouchers have a face value of �37 so you are talking about an upgrade fee of �62pp. This does include an arrival drink, but any other drinks would cost extra.
