The biggest get out clause if I ever I heard one, considering that many people would only be considering taking their insurance for that very reason.

The small print of Virgin Atlantic covid cover says the same - its seems its a PR stunt some airlines are playing

I’ve been seeing the company Battleface banded about for travel insurance. No idea how good they are though.

For me it would have to be a company that has been used in UAE without any issues - I shop around but normally when I go to DUbai I always take out insurance bids the airline I fly with even if its an additional policy. I get a free one with Nationwide but its not work the paper its written on.
If you find revised of it being accepted in UAE then let me know - I am still searching but I think I will or lay with till FCO gives the green light (or even a amber ) and book with Emirates as I feel safe with them |

Will any insurance companies cover if the FCO advise against travel?
