VH now saying no pre-release

hi everyone!
Well I've finally persuaded the hubby that we need to go back so started looking at quotes...with several people saying they were getting good quotes from VH I thought I'd give them a go. But...both online chat and phones are saying that they are NOT doing pre-release free Disney dining (save my spot) this year so can't help until the 19th!

have they stopped doing it as got too much interest or?

What? That's bizarre. They've only been offering it for 5 days.

Very strange they have stopped today.

That is the the weirdest chat I have ever seen. 'We have no information on this, sorry'

They have no information on an offer that is arguably their biggest promotional campaign of the year? A campaign that they excitedly launched 'exclusively' last week? What's going on VH?

I have literally just come off the phone with Virgin, tried first thing and got nowhere, tried again and have been quoted for AKL and Beach Club including DDP, flights, car etc...wouldnt email me the quote and said the price is subject to change.
